About

Lavender Cottage is a beautifully presented 3 bedroom home that is just a few minutes walk from Highcliffe’s stunning, blue flag beach. It is also only a short drive or cycle to the edge of the New Forest National Park. Set in a quiet close just behind Highcliffe High Street, it is only a short stroll to a choice of pubs, restaurants and shops. The house has been newly furnished and sleeps six comfortably so has plenty of space for one large family or two families sharing. It also benefits from 2 private parking spaces and a lovely, small garden with decking area for outside dining and a summer house which can be used for secure bike storage. 
It is the perfect bolt hole to either get a bit of relaxation or make the most of the beautiful walks, cycle rides and beaches that we are lucky enough to have on our doorstep. 

The House


Kitchen: Dining table and seating for 6, smart speaker, nespresso machine, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, induction hob and fridge/freezer.


Lounge: Two x 3 seater sofas, two chairs, electric fireplace, smart TV and french doors out to the garden.


Downstairs Cloakroom: WC and sink.


Bedroom 1: Kingsize bed, smart TV, wardrobe, chest of drawers, clock radio with USB/wireless charger and roman blind with blackout lining

Ensuite shower room: enclosed shower, WC and sink.


Bedroom 2: Twin beds, wardrobe, chest of drawers, clock radio with USB/wireless charger and roman blind with blackout lining.


Bedroom 3: Double bed, hanging rail, under bed storage drawers, clock radio with USB/wireless charger and roman blind with blackout lining.


Bathroom: Bath with shower over, WC and sink.


Garden: Small enclosed garden with decking area and lawn, outdoor furniture to seat 6 and summer house providing secure bike storage.


Driveway: Off street parking for two cars.
